Shipping:
Shipping is Free for our US customers. Canada & International Shipping costs are determined by weight. We ship USPS and UPS. PO Boxes will be shipped Priority Mail.Shipping Time Frame:
Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days. Please allow an additional 5 working days to receive your purchase. The only exceptions will be noted on product. Li’a products are shipped to us 1st, orders for these products have a 5 day ship time. You will receive a tracking number when shipped. You may receive more than 1 tracking number for your purchases, some items are shipped from our suppliers location, some from us. If it’s from us, it ships within 24 hours (Sundays excluded).
Discrete Shipping:
All our products are shipped Discretely. Return Label will only have HBP as shipper. This is our abbreviation for our Company. Hidden Curves is a division of HiddenBeautyPlus.
Exchange Policy:
Due to the fact we never see your Bank or Credit Card information. You will need to return and just buy again.
If you paid by money order, you can receive you monies back less any fees or pay any difference for exchange. Or if exchange is less, we will exchange and send you the difference back.
Return Policy:
Gaffs, Padded Panties, Bras, Adhesive products, crotch, items with open crotch, lingerie and opened body care products cannot be returned do to health & hygiene concerns. Any Sale, Clearance or Products that state sale is not returnable in description.

- Product(s) must be returned in unused new condition free of any perfumes, odors, signs of wear, etc.
- Product(s) must be returned in original packaging.
- Forms must be clean, so please handle these carefully, do not use adhesive tapes.
- Forms and boxes/packaging must be returned to us in original condition.
- All accessories that are included with forms must be returned unused.
- Any missing items will be deducted from your refund.
- Any free gifts included are yours to keep, please don’t return the gift, a gift is a gift!

When we receive the product that you are returning you will receive a refund minus our original shipping costs and a restocking fee of 10% of your purchase but will not exceed $20.00.
***Returns on Free Shipping will be charged our actual shipping costs to have the product originally shipped to you. This will be deducted from your refund, we will notify you of the exact amount of refund you will receive. We do not charge a handling fee only our actual cost.***
